Our three step programme to improve financial competency

Assessment

All emPloyees are assessed to establish their financial competency and knowlegde. This not only enables the tailoring of material for each individual but also produces a comprehensive workplace climate report to help the employer understand the extent of financial stress in the workplace. All assessments are done confidentially.

Platform training

All staff are given a classroom style course to teach the basic skills necesSary for financial competency. This course can be delivered in a half day format or as a full day unit standard certified intervention

Follow up learnings

Short two minute learnings are delivered to the employee's phone on a regular basis. Each learning is tailored to close the employee's unique knowlege gaps so that over a period of time he/she becomes highly competent in managing their money affairs

Testing

A good place to start

  • Employees are tested and each employee is given a personalised report offering advice and guidance based on their input. A comprehensive climate report is produced to guide the employer in decision making around their workforce's financial wellbeing
